Location: Central OxfordHybrid WorkingPermanent RoleSalary: Up To 45kWe're looking for a Payroll Coordinator to manage outsourced payroll services covering around 400 employees. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing,pliance with regulations, and excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact between staff and the external payroll provider.Oversee monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate data submission and review.Resolve payroll queries promptly and maintain secure records.Ensurepliance with HMRC, employment law, and pension requirements.Prepare payroll reports, support audits, and assist with salary budgeting and forecasting.Liaise with pension providers and manage benefits, including salary sacrifice and medical insurance.Monitor service levels and identify process improvements for efficiency.What we're looking for:Significant experience in payroll administration or coordination.Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pension schemes.Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and stakeholdermunication.Familiarity with HR and finance systems (CIPP qualification desirable).
