Job description Our client who are a leading technology organisation in Kings Cross are looking for a Junior UI Designer to join a newly formed team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early UI design exposure and a strong foundation in JavaScript and HTML who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of an innovative asynchronous messaging platform, working closely with business analysts, developers and product stakeholders. About the Role This position offers the chance to work on a greenfield project, contribute to the creation of a visual design system from the ground up, and collaborate within a highly skilled, cross-functional team. Key ResponsibilitiesTransform business and user requirements into clear UI sketches, wireframes, layouts and visual examplesMaintain and evolve the platform’s visual design systemCollaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately understood and implementedParticipate in design reviews, requirement workshops and refinement sessionsUse AI-assisted design tools (UI design agents) within the workflowSupport communication and coordination between business analysts and engineering teamsTechnical Environment You will be working around the following technologies:JavaScript and HTML (core requirements)Cloud technologies: Azure or AWS.NET (C# or F#)NoSQLAI-assisted design toolsExperience with the full stack is not required, but an understanding of UI implementation basics is important.
