Your new role As an Electrical Site Manager based in Birmingham, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the on-site delivery of electrical installations. You’ll manage labour, subcontractors, and site supervisors, ensuringpliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Your role will include coordinating materials, maintaining documentation, and supportingmissioning and handover processes. What you'll need to succeed You’ll be a qualified electrician with previous experience in a site management or supervisory role. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams and subcontractors, and a good understanding of project management principles are essential. You’ll also need to beputer literate and hold up-to-date safety certifications such as manual handling and safe pass.
