Not just fixing the issue but aligned with culture, always seeking a way to deliver improvement and reduce downtime, which in turn supports the team goal. Daily maintenance, installations, improvements are all part of the team's remit and supported in a strong structure by a respected management team. This is a shift based role on a 3 on 3 off rotational pattern.What you'll need to succeed They are looking for the right person as much as the right skills to ensure the positive and collaborative culture continues to thrive.
