We're working with a highly respected housing provider who are looking for an Asset Surveyor to join their team. This permanent position offers hybrid working, with travel across the Swansea area to carry out planned inspections.This Asset Surveyor role is offering:30 days annual leave plus additional Christmas leave.Defined contribution pension with life assurance.Enhanced family-friendly and sickness benefit.£41k a yearKey duties of the successful Asset Surveyor:Carrying out a range of property condition inspectionsCompleting safety-related checks in line with relevant housing standardsMonitoring and reporting on building components and planned worksAssisting with preparation of technical documentationSupporting the tendering and procurement processReviewing contractor performance and quality of completed worksProviding clear updates to residents and internal teamsSkills needed for the Surveyor position:Strong IT abilities and confidence using inspection or data-capture softwareAbility to prepare technical information with accuracyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage varied workloadsA proactive approach to problem solvingPractical knowledge of buildings, components and safety requirementsQualifications needed for the Surveyor role:HNC (Level 4) in a construction-related discipline Experience carrying out property surveysExperience working with residents, contractors or similar stakeholdersIf this Asset Surveyor role is of interest to you or someone you may know, please reach out via email to or call 01217730966.
