With recent growth and investment, they are scaling up their research capabilities and building a team of talented scientists to drive forward their mission.Your new role:As a Formulations Scientist, you’ll be involved in the design, development, and optimisation ofplex formulations to support therapeutic innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality research and contribute to the development of scalable processes for future manufacturing. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on collaboration, problem-solving, and scientific rigour.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing new formulation strategies.Supporting process development and scale-up activities.Preparing technical documentation and reports.Collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals.Maintaining high standards in laboratory research.What you’ll need to succeed:A in a relevant scientific discipline ( Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physics).Experience working in a laboratory setting with formulation development.Familiarity with analytical and characterisation techniques.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Proficiency in techniques such as SAXS, DSC, NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, DLS, and TEM.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellentmunication skills and a proactive approach.Industry experience (1–2 years) is advantageous but not essential.How to apply:If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. #4731259 - Cameron Seeley
