Family: 2 adults + 4 Children: 2(B), 7(G), 9(G), 11(G)  Ideal Candidate: Driver essential Able to travel with advance notice Flexibility is key with this family Experience with all ages - not just babies Multi-language is a Plus Nurturing personality - and an outgoing attitude that makes things fun for the children A multi-tasker that is present, but thinking of what is happening in the next hour, the next day, etc Someone to take the lead - to offer the kids suggestions - what sounds best? A or B? Not someone that puts it on the kids, such as "what do you want to do?" The children are very active in all kinds of sports, so need someone with lots of energy Someone that loves their job, and establishes individual relationships with each child structured around their emotional needs Creativity and excitement towards the children Governess background a Plus Family Lifestyle: This is a very environmentally friendly family Electric cars Natural products No plastic, no shoes inside the house Organic diets TV is a privilege earned Salary: £60,000-£80,000 GPA Days of Work: Monday - Friday Hours: 12noon - 8pm
