About the Role: We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to work in a variety of settings, including care homes and residential / supported living services, you will be providing essential care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those with mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting ✅ Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary ✅ Offering companionship and emotional support ✅Supporting individuals with mobility and daily activities ✅ Administering medication (if required) ✅ Ensuring the safety and well-being of service users at all times
