Job Opportunity: Forklift Driver (FLT) / Counter balance Location: Slough, Berkshire, Employment Type: Full-Time (3 on, 3 off) / Alternating between days and nights Department: Warehouse Key ResponsibilitiesOperating MHE equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks and other specialist equipmentMoving, stacking, locating and relocating products and materialsLoading and unloading inbound and outbound shipmentsEnsuring goods are accurate, undamaged and contamination-freePreparing product for dispatchUsing RF scanning equipment for picking, receiving and loadingAssisting with stock checks and physical inventoriesCarrying out routine equipment checks and reporting faultsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working environmentSupporting team leaders and supervisors when required Candidate RequirementsExperience in a factory, warehouse or production environment preferredCounterbalance Forklift experience and valid licence is essential Comfortable working rotating shifts including weekendsReliable, hardworking and flexibleGood communication skillsStrong attention to safety, quality and accuracyWilling to work overtime when required What’s On OfferImmediate starts availableLong-term, stable workOpportunity for permanent employmentSupportive team and structured training To apply: Apply today through the advert or contact Pertemps Heathrow on 01753 687876 for further details.
