This practice has an excellent reputation in the local area and prides itself on continuity of care, collaboration, and giving vets the freedom to pursue their clinical interests.The PracticeIndependent, owner-led surgery with one main site and a branch 20 minutes awayRecently refurbished and extended (2019), with a bright, modern feelWell-equipped with digital X-ray, brand-new dental X-ray, ultrasound with cardiac probe, and video endoscopy7 consult rooms, a dedicated cat waiting area, and a two-table theatreThe practice invests heavily in both equipment and CPD, and as a training practice, they have a great track record of staff retention and professional development.The TeamYou'll be joining a 13-vet team, supported by:Certificate holders in soft tissue surgery and dermatology12 RVNs, 2 student nurses, 2 VCAs, and 10 receptionistsThe team culture is open, collaborative, and supportive, with case discussions encouraged and a genuinely positive working atmosphere.The RoleThe position would suit a vet with a good work ethic and a team-oriented mindset, whether you're a new graduate or more experienced.
