About the Role

As our Social Media Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our online presence. From crafting irresistible visuals to planning engaging campaigns, this role is all about bringing the Ole & Steen brand to life across digital platforms. You'll have the chance to capture the essence of our bakeries, share our story, and drive meaningful connections with our customers.

What You'll do:

Content Creation: Design and produce professional and user-generated videos, photos, and graphics that captivate audiences.Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts while actively engaging with followers.Creative Campaigns: Lead brainstorming sessions and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with audiences.Community Engagement: Be the voice of our brand by responding to messages, comments, and fostering community relationships.Professional Shoots: Organise and execute high-quality photo and video sessions to ensure consistent, on-brand content.In-house Design: Create visually stunning graphics using tools like Canva to support campaigns and promotions.Digital Advertising: Collaborate with our agency to oversee social media ad budgets, drive improvements, and expand reach.Performance Insights: Analyse social media metrics, report trends, and identify opportunities to optimise our strategy. 

What We're Looking for:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a Social Media role, preferably in a hospitality environmentConfident Communicator: You're great at giving clear instructions, briefing teams, and making people feel welcome.Brand Ambassador: Excited to represent Ole & Steen at events and connect with our audience face-to-face.Tech-Savvy: Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic Canva skills are a bonus (training provided if needed).Creative and Trend-Aware: You love staying ahead of social media trends and crafting content that stands out.Organised Multi-tasker: Juggling multiple projects with a smile is second nature to you.
