Operating as a medium-sized company, they are known for their commitment to excellence in their field and their focus on delivering high-quality products.Job DescriptionThe successful Internal Audit Manager will be tasked with;Leading large Operational and Financial Audits across the world,Travelling to sites globally,Helping to implement and embed an effective IA technology software solution across the business;Supporting any controls testing requirements as part of a S4 Hana implementation as well as other regulatory requirements - e.g. Prov 29 (UK Corp Gov Code), ECCTA, etcTake full responsibility for HSE in the workplace and during the discharge of their work obligations / duties.Develop and implement audit plans, strategies, and schedules.Identify risks, assess controls, and recommend process improvements.The Successful ApplicantA successful Internal Audit Manager should have:At least 3-4 years post qualification experienceWorked as Assistant Manager or Manager within a Professional Service firm, or equivalentExperienced in conducting and delivering Internal AuditExperienced in managing large and complex projects - preferred, not mandatoryIndustry experience preferable - esp, FMCG, manufacturing and/or retail,Happy to travel globally, up to 30% of the time.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum.£6k Car Allowance Car allowance as part of the benefits package.Permanent position offering stability and long-term growth opportunities.5% bonus50% Hybrid working pattern over 2 weeksCollaborative and professional work environment in Manchester.
