With a brand built from passion, they focus on excellence and are recognised worldwide for their contributions to the industry they operate in.Job DescriptionThis role oversees everything end-end including;Manage a small Finance team of 3Run Month end and prepare accurate monthly management accounts and supporting information, working to deadlines.Ensure robust financial controls, statutory compliance, and effective risk management frameworksPreparation of analysis and reports for the board and SLT to demonstrate performance of the businessCoordinate with Commercial and Operational departments to prepare annual budgets based on strategic and departmental objectivesProvide guidance on cost control and profitability improvements within the businessAssist in developing 5-year plans based on strategic objectivesOverseeing and improving product costing and manufacturing cost controlsEnsure the companies VAT & Import Export records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements. * Ensure VAT returns are completed and submitted in a timely manner.Preparation of statutory accounts, audit processes, tax compliance (including VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Import/Export records), and PayrollThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful, you must have the following;A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA or be suitably qualified by experienceSolid experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Strong financial analysis experience and the ability to present dataPrevious experience of preparing management accounts and financial forecastsProficiency in cost accounting and manufacturing finance processesStrong people leadership skills, being able to demonstrate you can develop a small teamWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum..Flexible start & finish times, early finish on a FridayHealth cash plan25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension contributionOther benefits can be discussed upon a conversation
