Oversee the consolidation of international project finances, ensuring compliance with donor budgets and timelines. Drive audit readiness and ensure submissions are delivered on time. Strengthen financial systems, processes, and team capability, instilling discipline, improving efficiency, and embedding best practice. What you’ll need: A full professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CIPFA). Strong experience across end-to-end financial operations, ideally in the charity or public sector. Confidence leading and developing junior team members. Excellent bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance skills. The ability to bring structure, reliability, and clear communication to a busy finance function.
