You'll:Build strong client relationships and be their trusted advisorManage your own caseload with support on hand when you need itPrepare pleadings, submissions and confidently represent clients in court, tribunals and mediation'sDevelop negotiation strategies and deliver great outcomes for clientsGet involved in business development and help raise the profile of the team and firmWork collaboratively with the firms other divisionsMentor and support junior team members and trainees What You'll Bring:You're a problem-solver, a clear communicator and someone who enjoys getting to grips with complex issues.Have a minimum of 2 years PQE, in litigation (flexible for the right person)Experience in one or more of: Insolvency, Commercial or Residential Landlord & Tenant, Debt Recovery, Commercial Disputes, Contentious Executries, Employment LitigationConfidence working with a variety of commercial and civil clientsStrong knowledge of Sheriff Court and Court of Session experiencesAdvocacy experience - proofs, debates, motions, contentious hearings, mediation'sExcellent drafting skills and the ability to deliver clear, practical adviceA proactive mindset and enjoyment of both independent work and team collaboration You'll join a supportive, ambitious team where your voice matters, your development is encouraged and your work genuinely makes a difference.
