The Role

Taking a commercial focus, you will advise on a range of prestigious national and international disputes. Many of the cases you will work on are high-profile and notable for the impact they have, not just on our clients but on the wider legal system.

Based out of the firm's growing Manchester office, you will have the opportunity to support national clients with their most complex and engaging commercial disputes.

You will support clients on every stage of resolving their commercial disputes, from drafting resolution clauses and negotiating pre-contractual clauses to litigation complex cross-jurisdictional disputes and enforcing judgments.

Furthermore, the litigation will span the full spectrum of sectors, from energy, financial services, technology, transport, and more, making for an engaging position.

You will be a core member of the tight-knit team led by some of the leading names in commercial litigation in Manchester. This will provide ample career progression opportunities in addition to receiving support to develop professionally.

The Ideal Candidate

Has 2+ years of experience working in Commercial Litigation Be able to provide in-depth case analysis and briefings for the wider team Have experience leading substantial disputes in collaboration with partners. Are able to support the wider team with business development Can show initiative to develop yours, along with the team's market profile and client relationships. First-rate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
