As a Family Associate/Senior Associate you will become part of a supportive, dynamic and close-knit team of 14, handling a diverse caseload of family matters and working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless client experience. Management and supervision of junior members of the team will be involved, as will opportunities to support department initiatives for marketing and business development.Job DescriptionAs a Family Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:Manage a private caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and children-related cases.Provide clear, concise, and practical advice to clients.Draft and review legal documents.Represent clients in court proceedings and other dispute resolution forums as required.Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the growth and success of the department.Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence.Keep up to date with changes in family law and apply them effectively to cases.Contribute to business development initiatives to enhance the firm's profile in the professional services industry.The Successful ApplicantA successful Family Associate/Senior Associate should have at least 3 year PQE in family work and have experience of dealing with high-net worth clients.Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.What's on OfferA competitive salaryHybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance.A performance-based bonus scheme.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development within the legal sector.
