Job ref: BBBH4028_1758111418 Published: about 12 hours ago Technical Services Manager - London Area - 75k + BenefitsWe're looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a fit-out main contractor in the London area working on commercial, industrial, life sciences, and education construction projects. This role combines design input with oversight of delivery from early stages through to completion. You'll be involved from design through to installation, supporting teams, reviewing submissions, and ensuring compliance across multiple schemes. The position requires someone confident both at the design table and on site, able to bridge technical detail with practical delivery. What you'll be doing:Supporting production of designs and specifications at early stagesManaging technical elements across multiple live projectsReviewing and approving subcontractor designs, tenders, and technical submissionsChairing meetings and monitoring on-site progressAdvising pre-construction and design teams on risks, compliance, and costOverseeing commissioning programmes and sign-offWhat we're looking for:Proven Construction Technical Services Manager experienceStrong knowledge of MEP systemsBackground in managing works through design and installation phasesExperience working for a fit-out contractor ideally on commercial Cat A/B fit out projectsRelevant engineering or technical qualificationsConfident working with clients, consultants, and subcontractorsWhat's on offer:Up to £75,000 per year plus benefits packageHybrid working with site and office collaboration as requiredOpportunity to take ownership of technically complex schemesDue to the nature of the role, we are unable to provide work sponsorship.
