Job Title: Business Analyst Salary: £35k-£45k per annum Location: East Midlands Reference: J2285 Contact: Telephone: 0141 647 6688 Categories: , , , Our client, a leading supplier of business critical communications for a number of blue chip accounts, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Project Management team. This BA role will be part of the Project Management, focusing on both internal and client facing projects. Liaising closely with all internal business areas for requirements capture and disseminating these requirements to the internal / external development resources, validating any requirements queries with the necessary business area. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities • Responsible for the gathering and documentation of business and functional requirements for approved business systems to support Opus Trust Marketing’s business objectives / initiatives. • Experience working with functional requirements and leading requirements gathering workshops. • To work closely with the Project Manager, supporting with tasks as required. • Liaising with the development teams to ensure that the specification is understood • Ensuring documentation of requirements is comprehensive and explicit. • To identify and have a good working relationship with stakeholders and business users involved. • Supporting the sales team with technical tender responses. • Responsible for managing the end-user documentation and on-line help on internal and external projects.
