The Role: As a Multi-Trader, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of small-scale repairs and installations in residential homes, helping our clients maintain safe and comfortable living environments. What You’ll Do:Complete minor maintenance and installation tasks, including:Installing basins, small tiling jobs, and doorsFitting handrails, grab rails, and other safety equipmentLifting and repairing vinyl flooring and subfloorsReplacing taps and showersReceive full training on all equipment and processesWork independently across London (M25 area), managing your own scheduleUse a company-provided van exclusively for work tasks  What The Ideal candidate Will Have:Valid driving licence is essentialMust own basic hand toolsSelf-starter who focuses on completing tasks efficiently the first timeStrong communication, reporting, and time-management skills  Hours & Compensation:Standard hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (overtime available)Competitive pay: £20.84 per hour  Benefits Include:25 days holiday (3 days to be taken during the Christmas period)Auto-enrolled pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeLife insuranceCompany vehicle, mobile phone, and uniform providedFull on-the-job trainingWork independently while being part of a supportive and professional teamMake a meaningful difference to clients’ lives every day Please send an updated copy of your CV if you would like to be considered for this role
