Insurance Trading Manager (Personal Lines) Are you someone who's curious about insurance trading and eager to steer and influence our change roadmap? We're looking for a Home Insurance Trading Performance Manager to help shape the future of our products on Price Comparison Websites (PCWs) - Aviva Online and Quotemehappy.com. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems with data, understands the market, and can make astute commercial decisions that drive performance, this could be the perfect role for you. A bit about the job: You'll help Aviva become the number one home and motor insurer in the market. Working within our trading team, you'll optimise pricing and propositions, analyse performance, and identify opportunities to grow our market share profitably. You'll be accountable for steering insight-led improvements and collaboration across teams to make change happen. Skills and experience we're looking for: Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market, ideally in Home/Motor product & propositions Confidence to constructively challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace Ability to source and analyse various information, translating complex analysis into meaningful insight and action. Experience in delivering change to products and propositions, including excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to engage, influence, and motivate virtual teams, inspiring high performance Proficiency in analysing data in Excel and presenting findings in PowerPoint.
