Job description Our client, a leading beverages company, is hiring a Merchandising Administrator to support the Merchandising department with reporting, data input and item/offer setup. You will identify and resolve system and customer issues. ResponsibilitiesRun, monitor and share reporting dataCreate and maintain administrative documents for the Merchandising teamCommunicate risks and issues to the Merchandising team quickly and efficientlyRaise and follow up on any customer or systems-related issues affecting the teamSetup and maintain promotions in planning systemsUpload data such as pricing and exclusions into AXIdentify shortfall and excess stock issues and support Merchandisers in resolutionsRequirementsExperience in an administrative roleProficient with Microsoft OfficeBasic knowledge of AX and Business Objects would be an advantageAbility to work to deadlines and be proactiveExcellent communication skillsNumerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. There is potential for evening and weekend cover during operationally busy times. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office, one of these days being Wednesday.
