Cover Supervisor Key DetailsPosition: Cover Supervisor (KS3 & KS4)Location: SolihullStart Date: November 2025Contract: Long-term and day-to-day options availablePay: £500 – £750 per week (depending on assignment and experience) The RoleA welcoming secondary school in Solihull is seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support their KS3 and KS4 classes from November 2025. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build classroom experience, whether through long-term placements or flexible day-to-day cover.You’ll supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students stay on task and maintaining a positive, productive learning environment. This is a great opportunity for aspiring teachers, support staff stepping up, or experienced supervisors seeking a new challenge. The CandidateWe’re looking for calm, reliable, and proactive individuals who enjoy working with young people.
