Provide one-to-one or small group tuition to students with SEND. Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating virtual learning environment. Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate different abilities and learning styles. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements. Essential Skills & Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable, or proven tutoring/teaching experience. Strong understanding of SEND teaching strategies and differentiation. Confident using online learning platforms and digital teaching tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with learners.
