Newly created role within Sales and TradingCo-ordinating Regulatory Engagement across the Sales and Trading divisionAbout Our ClientOur client are a leading Corporate and Investment Bank based in the city of London.Job DescriptionLead regulatory implementation initiatives across the sales and trading department.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes with regulatory expectations.Develop and implement strategies to manage regulatory risks effectively.Provide guidance and support to the sales and trading teams on regulatory matters.Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organisation.Prepare and present reports to senior management and relevant committees.Oversee the successful delivery of compliance projects within set timelines.The Successful ApplicantA successful Director - Regulatory Implementation - Sales and Trading should have:Extensive experience in risk and compliance within the financial services industry.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting sales and trading activities.Proven ability to manage complex regulatory implementation projects.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency in identifying and mitigating regulatory risks.An analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in risk and compliance.What's on OfferA competitive salary ranging from £120,000 to £160,000 per annum.Comprehensive pension and health benefits package.Opportunity to work in a large organisation within the financial services industry.Challenging and rewarding projects in a supportive environment.
