Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated StR Lower in Adult Psychiatry to join our esteemed team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to gain valuable experience and contribute to the provision of high-quality psychiatric care for adults. Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment under supervision, focusing on adult patients. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans. Conduct regular patient reviews and collaborate with senior clinicians to monitor progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in Adult Psychiatry. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice in all interactions with patients and colleagues. Qualifications: Medical degree from a recognized institution. Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration. Enrollment in or completion of Core Training in Psychiatry. Strong interest in Adult Psychiatry and a desire to pursue a career in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
