You might be: Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs Helping children manage routines, emotions, and sensory regulation Supporting learning in small groups and classrooms Working closely with teachers and SENDCOs who truly value great support staff Celebrating the little wins that mean everything Every day looks a bit different, but you’ll always be making a difference.Availability (Important) SEND support works best with consistency, so we ideally need graduates who can commit to five days a week during term time. If you’re available three days, that’s still absolutely fine, as long as you’re happy to be on call for those days.
