Staff celebrate a real sense ofmunity and are proud of the schools’ vision and ethos.Your new roleWe are looking to appoint a determined and dynamic individual,mitted to driving up standards in the school. To be successful in this role you will:· Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to whole-school decision-making and strategic planning.· Lead and oversee all aspects of business support across the school, guiding a team of professionals who enable the delivery of high-quality education by effectively supporting both teaching and support staff.· Offer expert advice and support to the Headteacher, senior leaders, andernors on financial and administrative matters, ensuringpliance with school policies and procedures in areas such as finance, HR, health and safety, and site management.· Provide strategic and operational leadership for the school’s core business functions including finance, human resources, facilities and estate management, IT, catering, and administration ensuring optimal resource use and promoting excellence in service delivery.· Your presence is expected during term time in school.
