The firm handles complex transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters across diverse industries, offering professionals the opportunity to work on high-profile cases in a dynamic, inclusive environment with exceptional training and clear paths for career growth.The roleIn your new role as a Partner Recruiting Assistant, you will be providing administrative support on lateral partner and counsel hiring. Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing initial drafts of correspondence for lateral partner and counsel candidates including confirming interviews.Liaising directly with candidates and/or headhunters, along with partners and colleagues.Maintaining candidate databases and trackers.Booking conference rooms and organizing video link for interviews.What do you need?In order to be successful in this role you will need:Previous experience in an administrative / HR role in a corporate environment.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Strong IT skills.What do you get in return?In return, you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits and the opportunity to work at a top-tier US law firm.Application Process: For further information and to apply, please submit your resume.
