Well established, supporting and market leading organisationWilmslow based with training and clear career developmentAbout Our ClientWorking for a very well established organisation, market leading and with a very stable and super friendly team with lots of opportunity for training and mentoring.Job DescriptionPrepare and distribute financial reports, variance analyses, and business performance indicators in line with established timetables.Support the preparation and posting of journal entries.Contribute to monthly management reporting and period-end close activities.Assist in performing regular balance sheet reconciliations.Provide additional support to the Finance team and broader business functions including payroll.Assist in preparing periodic cash flows, budgets, and financial forecasts.Support with the preparation of the annual audit process and related requests.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial information in line with Company procedures.Contribute to improving systems, controls, and processesThe Successful ApplicantA successful Finance Junior should have:Either basic finance experience or relevant finance studies.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.A willingness to learn and develop within the accounting and finance field.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £22,500 to £27,000 per annum.Permanent role with a well established and successful businessA supportive and professional working environmentExposure to Management AccountantsGenerous Annual leave policyFlexible start and finish timesStudy supportIf you are ready to begin your journey as a Finance Junior, apply today.
