Hybrid working - London based.Role * The First/Second Line Engineer will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. * Escalate complex issues to Third line support or vendors when necessary, maintaining clear communication throughout. * Assist with user account management, permissions, and group policy administration in Active Directory. * Support Office 365 applications, email configurations, and basic network connectivity. * Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and system configurations. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.Profile * The First/Second Line Engineer will have proven experience providing end-user IT support within a professional or corporate environment. * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking principles (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). * Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Company * Professional services organisation with a strong reputation for excellence. * Hybrid working environment - London based offices.Salary & Benefits The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
