A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Professional Services company based in Central London as they seek a UX/UI Designer to join their Creative Division. The role has arisen due to exciting business growth, and you have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of people across the organisation and across their global client base. As a User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer you will have a great opportunity to work with some of the world's largest companies, helping them solve their biggest problems. You'll also have an award-winning Digital Creative Director to show you the ropes and take your skills to the next level.
Responsibilities
Conduct competitor and lateral research to guide design decisions. Support on discovery and workshop sessions and preparing materials. Analyse and learn from data and user research to inform design choices. Create wireframes and sitemaps websites. Design UI interfaces, which push visual creativity and follow a best practice approach. Create and maintain basic design documentation, style guides and design systems. Create and curate content assets such as indicative icons, source photography, illustrations and implement brand graphics. Suggest and implement improvements to ongoing campaign projects. Work alongside cross-functional teams, willing to learn and collaborate and be a source of energy. Supporting other designers and the wider team; you'll be able to take direction but also bring your own ideas to the table.Requirements for the successful UX/UI Designer
1- 3 years agency experience A genuine passion for experience design and the impact it has on users. Working within a team and building a network with people and building their network, whether inside the firm or in the wider UX/UI community. New ideas and approaches to UX and UI A creative, strong portfolio showing how you supported research, idea development, execution and iteration. Excellent attention to detail, whether it's developing a wireframe, thinking through an information architecture problem, or designing an interface design toolkit. Experience using Figma and Jira (Required) Animation Skills or 3D Motion Packages (Desirable)
