You will have the opportunity to develop your career and progress within the organisation.The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all machinery is maintained to a high standard, with the aim of minimising downtime.Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:Planning and scheduling maintenance works to maximise operational efficiency and minimise downtimeConducting electrical and mechanical maintenance, including reactive breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on conveyor belt systems, shredders, balers, and separation equipmentCollaborating with equipment suppliers on new equipment installations and modificationsTroubleshooting using PLC programmesCarrying out general site maintenance on other specified equipment to ensure the plant remains operational and efficientMonitoring line and machine performance closelyPerforming preventative and predictive maintenance routinesIdeally, as a Maintenance Engineer, you will have:A qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical engineeringA minimum of two years' experience within an FMCG environmentProficiency in English, both written and verbalClear and strong communication skills
