Finance Buisness Partner | St Helens | Paying upto £80k Robert Half is partnering with a leading international business to recruit a Finance Business Partner, offering a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits, with hybrid working.The RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by delivering financial insights and partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial, operational, and engineering functions. This is a highly visible role, providing strategic support and commercial analysis to ensure profitable decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities include:Acting as a trusted partner to business development, product management, operations, and engineering teams.Providing robust financial analysis to support pricing, bids, contracts, and product profitability.Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.Conducting detailed margin, customer, and product profitability analysis, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.Supporting year-end processes, cost audits, and liaising with external auditors.Driving process improvement and system enhancements to strengthen financial controls and reporting.Supervising and mentoring a cost accountant.The CandidateWe are seeking a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in a commercially focused role. The successful candidate will demonstrate:Proven experience in business partnering within a manufacturing or product-focused environment.Strong product costing and pricing experience, ideally within a standard costing environment.Advanced Excel modelling and strong ERP skills (SAP or similar).A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate financials into actionable insights.What's on OfferSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.Hybrid working model.Opportunity to partner closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, global organisation.Involvement in strategic decision-making with scope to influence business performance.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
