The Deputy CEO will work closely with the CEO to oversee projects, people, safeguarding, governance and business performance, ensuring high-quality Forest School provision across their sites. Some work during school holidays is essential. Key Duties: Lead delivery of projects aligned with our client’s mission and values. Oversee risk management, safeguarding, health and safety, and staff wellbeing. Support financial performance, fundraising and organisational sustainability. Develop and support Managers, teams and training. Maintain policies, compliance and organisational memberships. Lead evaluation, impact reporting and reporting to Trustees. They’re Looking For: Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills. Strong project and business management experience. Understanding of neurodivergence. Ability to work in school holidays and travel across their regional sites. Commitment to their mission and values. Desirable experience includes Ofsted, Charity Sector work, Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities, and working with children and young people.
