Role Overview We are working with a leading UK law firm that has consistently achieved top-tier rankings in Chambers and Legal 500, and is recognised as one of the country’s best legal employers. The firm’s highly regarded Private Wealth team advises a diverse range of clients on wills, tax, trusts, probate, and wider estate planning matters. They are now seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join their Birmingham office. You will work closely with a Partner and the wider team, managing your own caseload of complex probate and trust administration matters, while also supporting business development initiatives and building relationships with key intermediaries. Candidate Profile Our client is looking for: Qualified Solicitor, ideally NQ–3 PQE. Newly qualified solicitors will be expected to have at least 6 months training contract experience gained in private client work. Experience and interest in private client law, particularly probate and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to advise sensitively on personal financial affairs. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. IT literate, with a flexible and proactive approach. Interest in completing STEP qualification (if not already underway). Commercially minded, with enthusiasm for business development and marketing activity. What’s on offer?
