A popular ladies fashion retailer are looking for a merchandiser to join their team on a 12 month FTC. In this role youll work closely with the Buying, Design, and Planning teams to build and deliver a compelling product range that meets customers' needs and reflects the latest trends. Youll take ownership of department strategy, trade performance, and stock managementensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.Key Responsibilities:Plan and build seasonal ranges in collaboration with the Buying and Design teamsMonitor trading performance and make in-season recommendations to maximise sales and profitabilityForecast and manage stock levels to minimise markdown and optimise sell-throughAnalyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-makingIdentify opportunities for growth and improvement within the women's categoryLiaise with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and allocationSupport the wider team in delivering key projects and seasonal campaignsRequirements:Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser within fashion retail (womens apparel experience highly desirable)Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a commercial mindsetProficient in Excel and retail planning systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA passion for fashion and an eye for productThe salary is paying up to £46, accompanied by a range of benefits.
