Experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant Location: Ealing Job Type: Full time Salary: £95 - £140 Per dayJob Duties: Provide support to students with special educational needs such as ASC, PMLD, SLD, and behaviours that challengeAssist in the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) for studentsHelp students with personal care and mobility needsSupport the classroom teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activitiesHelp create a positive and inclusive learning environment Required: Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needsKnowledge of relevant strategies and interventions for supporting students with special needs Experience: Experience working with special needs students in an educational settingKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of ASC, SEND, PMLD, SLD, and behaviours that challengeAbility to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parentsStrong organisational and time-management skills Working Conditions: This role involves working within a school environment, supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
