The role involves motivating the team, developing in-store events to boost sales and brand awareness, optimizing stock, and ensuring smooth communication between management levels. Additional duties include efficient administration, staff scheduling, and maintaining brand presentation. Ideal candidates are dynamic, sales-driven, passionate about makeup and retail, results-oriented, and dedicated to customer loyalty.
