An established luxury fashion retailer are looking for an assistant planner to join their team based in the Islington area. As an Assistant Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in the planning and allocation of our luxury collections. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, you'll assist in the forecasting, inventory control, and analysis that support effective business decisions and elevate customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Support the Planner in seasonal forecasting and in-season trading analysisMonitor sales, stock levels, and performance across regions and storesManage allocations and replenishment to optimize stock availabilityAssist with the creation of weekly, monthly, and seasonal reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product flowHelp drive strategic decisions through data insights and trend analysisMaintain accurate product and planning data in internal systemsSkills & Experience Required:12 years experience in a planning or merchandising role (preferably within fashion retail)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailProficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesPassion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail landscapeAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThe salary is paying up to £34,Benefits:- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)- Access to Employee Assistance Programme- Healthcare Cashback Plan- A pension that both you and the company contribute to- Generous staff discount
