With a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, they offer a dynamic and forward-thinking environment that values collaboration, technical expertise, and continuous improvement.Role Summary:Our Client is seeking a talented BIM Manager / Coordinator to join their dynamic Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across a range of projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of digital workflows, ultimately enhancing design quality and project efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovation in digital construction, contribute to the strategic development of BIM standards, and work in an environment that fosters professional growth and skill development.Responsibilities:Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.Develop, manage, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans in compliance with industry standards.Provide guidance and support to design teams in the use of digital tools and workflows.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of coordinated models and data.Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity throughout project lifecycles.Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and adopt emerging technologies in digital engineering.Deliver training and mentoring to enhance team members' BIM capabilities.Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to meet BIM deliverables and contractual requirements.Essential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or Manager role within the AEC industry.Proficiency in tools such as Solibri and ACC, with knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and associated documentation.Experience managing federated models, clash detection processes, and data validation.Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management.Knowledge of software interoperability and openBIM principles.Experience in mentoring or training others in BIM processes.Qualifications in architectural technology, engineering, or digital construction, with BIM certifications advantageous.Desirable Skills & Experience:Additional certifications or training in BIM.Experience with emerging technologies in digital construction.Knowledge of advanced BIM applications for project optimization.Call to Action:If you are a skilled BIM professional looking to drive innovation and make a significant impact in the digital engineering space, we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV.
