Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Mental Health TeamLocation: Lancashire Rate: £25 An exciting job role has recently become available at the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team. What will your responsibilities be? You will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment interventions. You will administer and monitor medications, observe for therapeutic effects and potential side effects, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. You will work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between primary care and secondary mental health services, providing advice, support, and sign-posting to appropriate agencies.
