Senior Project Manager - ConstructionLocation: Bridgwater, TA5 1DL (hybrid working)Contract: 3 months (visibility to extend)Rate: £589 per day through umbrellaHours: 40 hours, Monday to FridayJob OverviewAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary, multivendor, and multi-location team in the development and implementation of the MPower L5 time-sheeting and planning tool. This role includes managing subcontractor relationships, developing an integrated schedule, and ensuring the successful delivery of the tool, including integration with Oracle P6 and an Azure Data Lake.KeypetenciesProject Management: Demonstrated leadership in managingplex projects across various teams and locations.Vendor Management: Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships and subcontractors, ensuring dependencies and critical paths are closely monitored.Schedule Development: Ability to develop an integrated schedule for the delivery of the MPower L5 tool, including necessary integrations.Dependency Management: Manage key dependencies across the client organisation, vendor ecosystem, and client supplier for Azure Data Lake and relatedponents.Proof of Concept: Define scope and deployment audience for the proof of concept, with a target stand-up date by July 2024.Financial Management: Oversee investment case financials, tracking baseline, actuals, and forecast.Operating Model: Coordinate the definition of the target operating model and the deployment and release strategy.Readiness Assessment: Define go/no-go criteria and readiness scorecards for both the proof of concept and the final product.Training Coordination: Coordinate the adoption plan, including training content creation and rollout.RAID Management: Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies effectively.Experience NeededPrevious working knowledge of Oracle, preferably Primavera P6MPower (formerly Monitor) experience is desiredMust be a self-starter with a strong drive and a 'can-do' attitude.Resourceful and capable of demonstrating initiative to solveplex problems.Strong Project Management background in technical spacePrevious working history of Project Management within Construction (monitoring site productivity, planning tools, lean construction)Start DateASAP #4562391 - Natalia Walawko
