The role The firm is seeking to hire an Insolvency Partner into their impressive and modern office based in the heart of the West End of London. Growing Department: The Insolvency department currently stands at a team of 3, but is part of a much wider litigation team. The department is currently exceptionally busy and as such they are seeking to hire a new partner into the team. Varied Caseload: You will deal with both matters relating to individuals and companies. The caseload will include but not be limited to; CVA's, Liquidation, Restructuring and Refinancings. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and planning for the department while actively mentoring and developing junior colleagues to help them reach their potential. The work is diverse and cutting-edge. You should be an ambitious candidate that relishes in the challenge of being at the forefront of building and developing this construction department Requirements You will be an Insolvency Solicitor with at least 7 years+ PQE You should ideally have good experience in business development Salary will be market leading, depending on your background, plus an exceptional benefits package This is a standout opportunity for an Insolvency Partner to join this flourishing L500, West End practice.
