As Warehouse and Logistics Manager for a food manufacturing business you’ll report directly into the Supply Chain Director. My client is the largest manufacturer in the UK in their product category, they have a leading brand and supply all the UK supermarkets. It’s a great time to join their business as they invest substantially in new warehousing and office facilities that will enable them to double their turnover and volume over the next five years. This role will suit a professional who has worked in a Warehouse and Logistics Manager role or similar for a UK Food manufacturer or a FMCG manufacturing business. Day-to-day you’ll manage a team of people and provide strong leadership that will support the development of the warehousing teams across two sites, you’ll develop best in practice warehouse processes and procedures whilst developing and implementing processes and controls designed to achieve the highest levels of stock accuracy whilst ensuring a safe work environment.
