Sales: Leads, together with the Store Manager, the achievement of commercialtargets and KPIS, engaging the sales team through action plans and, at thesame time, ensuring a careful brand image throughout the sales process. Customer experience: Attracts and builds customer loyalty by paying attentionto every detail, offering the highest quality service. Shop operations: Ensures compliance with procedures such as inventories,stock management, cash register, daily reports, team schedule management,etc. Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable).
