About the job: The organization is hiring social workers for the Leaving Care Team (Supporting Independence Team) within the permanency hub, working with young people aged 15 to 25 in Cheshire West and Chester. The role involves supporting looked after children through care and pathway planning to develop independent living skills. Candidates should live nearby, as regular office work is required. Accommodation or travel costs are not covered, and newly qualified social workers are not suitable. What will your responsibilities be?
