Test Analyst – MS Dynamics CRM | Hybrid (Swindon) | Up to £37,615 + Great Benefits Are you a detail-oriented Test Analyst looking to make an impact in a meaningful not-for-profit environment? Do you have experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM? This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile digital projects, ensuring systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with user needs. If you are a Manual Tester with some exposure or knowledge of test automation, then this will be perfect for you The Role As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in the manual testing and quality assurance of critical systems and implementations. Reporting to the Senior Test Analyst, you’ll: Design, plan, and execute test scripts from unit testing through to UATEnsure quality assurance across all organisational systemsTranslate acceptance criteria into technical and functional test casesManage defects, track issues, and liaise with project teams and third-party suppliersCollaborate with teams to ensure smooth user acceptance testing Key Experience RequiredStrong Manual Testing skills, ideally with some exposure to Automated TestingExperience testing CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics / D365MUST HAVE: Professional Testing Certification - ISTQB (or similar) Nice to haves: Experience testing Content Management Systems (CMS) such as EPI Server or OptimizelyExperience testing eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento) is highly advantageous but not essentialExposure to CypressDevOps exposureDriving licence preferred – visits to sites are rare but may be required What’s in it for you?Hybrid working – Just one day a week in SwindonUp to £37,615 salary plus fantastic benefits, including:25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 28 after 3 years)Matched pension contributions up to 10%Flexible working hoursSubscriptions to professional bodiesRetail discounts and enhanced family leaveOption to buy extra leave If you are looking for your next exciting test role, then apply nowIf you are interested please apply ASAP.
