Qualified Teacher M1 - M2 (Salary) £37,870 - £39,851 EYFS ECT – Early Careers Teacher EYFS Early Careers Teacher (ECT)January 2026 Start (Permanent, Full-Time) Redbridge Outer London MPS1 - £37,870 We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS ECT to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Redbridge from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career in a nurturing Early Years setting with excellent support and a strong focus on child-centred learning. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for an EYFS ECT who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a safe, stimulating and inspiring environment where every child can thrive. Role and Responsibilities ·Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework ·Create a warm, inclusive and well-organised classroom environment that supports play-based learning ·Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform next steps in learning ·Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers ·Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leaders to enhance provision ·Contribute to wider school life and uphold the school’s ethos and values The Ideal Candidate ·We are looking for an EYFS ECT who: ·Holds QTS (or is due to qualify) and demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework ·Is reflective, enthusiastic and eager to develop their practice ·Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills ·Shows creativity and flexibility in their teaching approach ·Is committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils Our EYFS ECT will benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, including tailored mentoring, structured training, regular observations and feedback to support a confident and successful start to your career. The successful EYFS ECT will receive a salary at Outer London MPS1 of £37,870 alongside access to high-quality CPD and a supportive staff team who prioritise wellbeing.
