Our client, a thriving and well-respected independent Estate Agency business, is expanding and they’re looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead their Stowmarket office. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal time, with genuine scope for long-term career progression. As a Branch Manager, you will be offered: Basic salary of up to £32,000 OTE of up to £60,000 Guarantee for the first few months Full support from the Director of the business Business mileage covered Career progression As a Branch Manager, your duties will be: Build, support and develop a high-performing team Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally Follow up on leads both over the phone and face-to-face Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential Negotiate offers successfully and close deals Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences Carry out viewings when required Requirements for the role of Branch Manager: Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the Stowmarket property market Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle Sales-driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude Positive, forward-thinking approach to generating new business Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
